“I bought the mouthguard for my brother who is into boxing. He’s been using it for a few days and so I had the chance to give an accurate review on this.
The parcel arrived on time and the packaging was good quality, branding looks good too.
I chose the black one to match with the rest of his boxing gear.
The mouthguard came in a small compact case, also black, which is sturdy and good quality.
It’s sometimes difficult to open but I prefer it that way rather than the opening being too loose.
The mouthguard itself is high quality, it also has the logo on it.
I asked my bro to give me an update on it after trying it out and he likes it.
He compared it with his other mouthguard and this one fit more comfortably inside the mouth.
Doesn’t budge during training etc. His back teeth don’t cover, but told me he prefers it that way otherwise it would reach too far back in the throat which is not ideal.
Overall a very good product, good branding and quality. Would recommend to others.“

User Experience
“I decided to buy safe jawz and am very pleased with the result, perfect fit and couldn’t be more secure in my mouth.
I even did the timing in my head instead of using an actual timer and it still worked great.
True to the description, it really is slim fit and has a professional feel to it (especially compared to the inferior quality of others mouth guards).”
What We Love About It

- Used by professional Boxing, BJJ, Karate & MMA fighters.
User Experience
“I needed a mouth guard for boxing class and was about to get one of the $3 guards, until I came across this one.
If you’re going to protect your teeth, you’re better off spending a little more on a guard so you can avoid those expensive dentist visits.
The instruction for this was easy and clear. It only took me one attempt to get the molding perfectly! Unlike the other $3 mouth guards, this one fits my small mouth, doesn’t make my lips bulge out, and I can breath perfectly with this guard.
I love that it comes with its own ventilated storage case so I don’t have to worry about it getting dirty or lost.
I agree, $15 is a bit much when you can get a cheap one for $3.
But quality is Everything when it comes to protecting your teeth.”
What We Love About It
- Absolutely best price above all
- Braces Compatible
- Talk-Friendly
User Experience
“This Shock Doctor Pro guard is more slim, so I can talk more clearly while using it, but my concern is that it won’t protect my teeth as much.
Fitment was really simple and I did not have to redo anything. Just follow the instructions that are on the box.
Boil the water, take the water off heat, put the mouth guard in the water for exactly 12 seconds, then remove and place it in your mouth to fit.
Bite down and use your fingers to press it against your teeth/gums.
Breath in with your mouth closed to create a suction that will help form it.
Once you feel like it’s formed how you want, take it out and put in cold water immediately.
I use these mouth guards for karate, and this one serves it’s purpose.”
